fomo copilot is a non-custodial wallet browser extension. it was built on a simple premise: your data should stay on your device. this policy explains what the extension does and does not do with information, in plain language.

what we don't collect

we operate no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking. specifically, fomo copilot does not collect, transmit, or store on any server:

• your seed phrases, private keys, or wallet passwords
• your browsing history or the pages you visit
• your name, email, or any personal identifiers
• usage analytics, telemetry, or crash reports

what stays on your device

wallet keys are generated locally and encrypted with aes-256-gcm using a key derived from your password. the encrypted material lives in your browser's local extension storage and never leaves your device. we cannot read it, recover it, or reset your password.

your settings — quick-buy presets, wallet groups, detected-platform preferences — are likewise stored locally.

what necessarily goes over the network

a wallet cannot work without talking to blockchains. when you use fomo copilot, the extension makes network requests to:

• rpc providers — to read balances, fetch token data, and broadcast the transactions you sign. rpc providers can see your ip address and the public addresses you query, as with any wallet.
• execution and routing services (jupiter, jito, helius) — to quote and route the swaps you initiate.
• exchange partners — only when you use husher private sends, to route the transfer you request. partners may apply their own policies to transactions they process.

these requests happen only in service of actions you take, carry no identity beyond what the protocol requires, and are never joined to any profile — because there is no profile.

the blockchain is public

transactions you broadcast are recorded on public ledgers, permanently and outside our control. husher can break the link between two of your wallets, but nothing can delete on-chain history once written.

token detection

detection of the token you're viewing runs entirely inside your browser: a content script reads the current page's url and visible token identifiers locally and hands them to the side panel. page content is not sent to us or anyone else.

changes

if this policy changes, the updated version ships with the extension and is posted on this page with a new date. continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
