these terms govern your use of the fomo copilot browser extension and this website (together, the "software"). by installing or using the software you agree to them. if you don't agree, don't use it.
1. what fomo copilot is
fomo copilot is non-custodial software: an interface for interacting with public blockchains from your own device with your own keys. we never take possession of your assets, hold no funds on your behalf, and cannot execute, reverse, freeze, or recover transactions. every transaction is signed locally by you.
2. your responsibilities
- keys and phrases. you are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase, private keys, and password. if they are lost or stolen, your assets are unrecoverable — by anyone.
- your trades. you decide what to buy, sell, and send. digital assets are volatile and can go to zero. nothing in the software or on this site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
- your jurisdiction. you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax obligations and any restrictions on digital-asset activity or privacy tooling.
- your device. the software is only as secure as the machine it runs on. keep your browser and system free of malware.
3. third-party services
the software routes orders and requests through third parties — including rpc providers, jupiter, jito, helius, and, for husher sends, exchange partners. we do not control these services, their pricing, uptime, or policies, and are not responsible for their acts or omissions. the platforms the extension detects tokens on (fomo.family, axiom.trade, pump.fun, and others) are independent products with their own terms.
4. fees
fomo copilot charges 0% platform fees. network fees, priority tips, slippage, and third-party charges are outside our control and are borne by you.
5. no warranty
the software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. we do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that detected token data, prices, or pnl figures are accurate.
6. limitation of liability
to the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers and contributors of fomo copilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the software — even if advised of the possibility. where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the software, which is zero.
7. acceptable use
you agree not to use the software for unlawful activity, including money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or market manipulation, and not to attempt to interfere with or abuse the third-party services the software connects to.
8. changes and termination
we may update the software and these terms at any time; updated terms take effect when posted here. you can stop using the software at any moment by removing the extension — your keys remain yours, exportable before removal.
9. independence
fomo copilot is an independent, community-built companion for fomo. it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by fomo.family or any of the platforms it detects tokens on. all product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
